Fralin Blues Specials – Gold Open Cover

Fralin Telecaster Blues Special pickups are ideal if you’re looking for balance in your Tele tone. Not too bright, not too dark? The this Tele set is for you.

While playing clean, Blues Specials sound thick and creamy with open and clear highs and a thicker midrange. The overwound coil tames your highs and bumps your midrange. Far more than the Fralin Vintage Hot Telecaster Pickups, while you can expect more of a traditional Tele Tone than compared to the Fralin Steel Pole 42s Tele sets.

With distortion, you can expect a light compression, low-end growl, and a medium attack. Single notes sound thick and round, while chords have a full tone with an early breakup. Finally, Blues Special Pickups are for you if you’re looking for more output from your current pickups, but still looking to keep that traditional Tele tone.

Reverse 3 Way Telecaster Control Plate – Gold

Reverse 3 Way Telecaster Control Plate complete with prewired harness making this an easy drop in replacement for any Fender style Telecaster  control plate. Making the volume control easily accessible while playing smooth swells.

All of our Tone Merchants harnesses and control plates are hand made in Tennessee, USA. Using Teflon wire, CTS  pots, orange drop .022u tone capacitor, and a Grimsby switch. It includes Chrome knobs and a #11 Switchcraft output jack.

We provide clear instructions on how you can install a reverse telecaster control plate. Every wiring harness comes with leads for you to connect the wiring of your pickups to. This way you do not need to solder directly to the pots, risking overheating them.
