Alder Body with a Roasted Canadian Maple Neck & Indian Laurel Fingerboard. 20 Nickel frets on a modern C shaped neck profile with a 38mm Bone nut. It really is all the classic elements that made the jazz bass, but with modern improvements for increased comport and practicality. Such as the truss rod adjustment from the headstock on the simply gorgeous looking roasted neck. Vintage style bridge and tuners, with the classic vol/vol/tone controls.
I have had these Bass Guitars made to order and imported specifically to give you a solid foundation for modifications and so you can create your own unique jazz bass over time. Or right away. Simple upgrades to the pickups and wiring will give you a more unique tone for home, studio or gigging musicians.
Some suggestions on upgrades would be the 1962 style Concentric Control Plate paired with the Lindy Fralin Jazz Pickups. This will make a huge improvement to the tone and gives you a bass with the kind of components you would usually find in boutique builds.

With every purchase, we send our orders on a trace and trace courier service to your door if you are out of town. When your order is ready to go out to you. You will receive an e-mail notification with the tracing number. For our customers in the North Island this should be overnight. Customers in the South Island will receive their orders on a 2 day service. Rural areas may need an additional 3-5 days, depending on how rural you are.
